Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted to the State Bars of New York and Connecticut in 2003. Asha is a regular writer for ABC News and has written opinion pieces for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. She sits on the board of directors of Just Security and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
