Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She is best remembered for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama as well as Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). She played the leading role Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley have raised her within Lake Mary Florida. She also has a younger sister, Ally. As a child, Aubrey was a part of The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class in 2012. Harvard University was willing to accept her. But, she declined the offer twice. It was the second time that it was due to the fact that she wanted to be a part of Nashville. Peeples starred as a guest in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a part of the TV film Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009), and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. In the year 2019 Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples one of the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014
